Turkish hazelnuts are a benchmark in the tree nuts sector: grown in the fertile plains of the Black Sea coast, they are selected for their consistency before being blanched and roasted in our Rungis facility. This French roasting process gives them a uniform golden color and a controlled roasted aroma, without residual bitterness.

For aperitif service, they naturally fit on a mignardises platter or in a tree nuts assortment on a slate, paired with a dry white wine or craft beer. In cooking, they add crunch to an endive salad with warm goat cheese, enrich poultry stuffing, or are crushed over dark chocolate desserts for a sharp textural contrast.
