Description
After harvesting, each batch is carefully sorted, graded, and weighed before packaging—a straightforward process that ensures consistent sizing and product cleanliness tailored to foodservice (CHR) requirements. Skinless and additive-free, the peanuts are delivered in their most natural and versatile state, ready for professional use.
Dry-roasted, they develop toasted notes that enhance a butternut squash velouté, composed salad, or African- or Asian-inspired dishes. Ground, they transform into a dense paste for satay sauces, marinades, or homemade pralines. Pastry chefs and bakers also incorporate them into artisanal granolas and individual dried fruit mixes.
