The Flame dried grape derives its character from Chilean vineyards, where intense sunlight and cool nights produce plump berries with a deep mahogany hue. The Jumbo grading guarantees a tender texture and aromatic concentration that standard gradings cannot achieve — without unnecessary additives.

In professional kitchens, this dried grape excels in boutique pastries (raisin breads, puff pastries, premium cookies) as well as in sweet-savoury preparations: lamb tagines, festive poultry stuffings, cheese condiments.
