Description

Assembled at the Rungis facility, the Saint Germain Aperitif Blend combines three roasted tree nuts—peanuts, cashews, and almonds—in equal proportions, enhanced with hand-harvested Guérande sea salt. The thorough roasting develops clean and persistent aromas without added fat or flavor enhancers.

In bars or restaurants, it is presented in bowls as an aperitif to accompany still wines or low-sugar cocktails. In the kitchen, crushed tree nuts are used as a crust on white fish fillets or as a crunchy finish on composed salads. They also add texture and richness to charcuterie-cheese boards at the start of a meal.

To vary aperitif profiles, the Cashews with Kombu Seaweed 2.5 kg offer an iodized and plant-based alternative. For a spicy and exotic touch, the Deli Delhi Snack with Ginger, Curry & Coconut 2.5 kg naturally complements the aperitif range.
